Review on Dose of Colors Marvelous Mauves Eyeshadow Palette: Enhance Your Eye Makeup with This Stunning Palette by Liz Pacheco

This palette from Dose of Colors has 5 beautiful shades. The palette is called Marvelous Mauves because the colors range from a very pale lilac to a deep plum. These are all cool matte tones and come in a very pretty lilac suede box that opens to reveal a mirror. Also included in this set is a double-ended brush with a soft, rounded brush on one end and a pointed brush on the other. Personally, I prefer to use my own eyeshadow brushes, which I'm used to working with. a darker smoky drab plum. These colors are well pigmented but the texture of the shadows is a bit grainy. Significant fallout is observed upon application. The colors blend, but you can apply the eyeshadow before applying the rest of the face to keep the fallout from getting onto your cheeks. These are matte shadows that contain some mica, iron oxide, and titanium. Dioxide for those concerned about the ingredients. I would give this product 5 stars for the beautiful colors but 3 stars for the grainy texture. All in all 4 stars in my rating system.
