I should have photographed this closet sooner, but actually I'm too embarrassed! It was like a closet where you throw something in, quickly close the door and hope it all stays inside. And forget a container with a matching lid! Arrrggghhh these containers are THE BEST! I finally have some organization so I can easily find the container and lid when I need it. They're durable, seal well and keep food fresh, and because they're stackable, they free up space in the fridge. Since I can see what's inside, I probably won't get as many surprises when it comes to "fridge clear days" since my share of secrets have been kept in old cottage cheese containers. I also think the design makes you want to stay tidy when you put them away. Which is also good for me. They clean up well in the dishwasher, but as mentioned, they don't heat up very well in the microwave. Sometimes a ring stays above the food line. However, since they're so inexpensive, I don't mind replacing them often. In fact, I think I'm becoming a Rubbermaid addict since I just ordered more. hahaha
