I ordered size 13M for my daughter, it cost 31 EUR and they sent me size 29. I am surprised at the good quality of this product but they send the wrong size because in the insert this shoe says 13M and they use EU size and they sent me a size 29. The shoes are well made and with great breathable insoles but they won't fit until they fix this bug.
