Small beading hole & bead not 10mm

I wasn’t sent the size beads I had ordered I ordered 10mm I got much smaller 1mm nylon cord barely fit through I ordered to fit through a 2mm cord I’m so disappointed. Although Nice bead but dissatisfied with size and delivery was very late and I have amazon prime
