Noisy but strong material and fits well.
I will say this,the girdle fits nicely but it is so noisy it's unbelievable! I had to put another girdle over it to stop the noise. When I walk it's the loudest noise I have ever heard from two legs rubbing together,my husband thought it was hilarious! Other than sounding like plastic bags being crushed,the girdle is nice and strong,just wear another leg girdle to muffle the noise and you should be good. I am 180 ibs and I bought the xl.
