I really liked the look of the purse. I bought this specifically for vacationing at Universal Studios Florida because I needed an option to wear over my shoulder. It worked well, but once the strap got wet with water from mist sprayers and sweat in normally hot weather, the strap's paint soiled the white shirt I was wearing. I felt like I should have anticipated this, but the amount of stain that came off was amazing. I touched it with wet hands and had to wash my hands again to wash off the brown.
