We are new to Peptide Water and admittedly quite a hard sell. We have three family members who use toner on a daily basis, but my lemon witch hazel toner is the one we all keep coming back to. For toner, $73 is the highest price for a luxury product, but Oganacell is a brand that impresses. It is neither sweet nor abrasive. We don't look at toners to do what conditioners do better in terms of hydration and skincare. However, if you are curious, it is beautiful and dignified.
