Bought two of these to light up a couple of dressing rooms. I thought it would take two to get enough light but to my surprise one was enough so I removed both cabinets. The installation was plugged into the old socket by the adapter. The blocks are very lightweight and are attached with brackets that are easy to install with the included drywall anchors. The box also included a cable to connect to the box and another to daisy chain another identical light source. The full installation took maybe 15 minutes and I am very happy with the results. I am ordering another set for my basement pantry lights.
