I purchased an aftermarket wiring harness for the tailgate of my 2008 Ram Mega Cab due to design flaws in the original wiring harness. The aftermarket wiring harness worked great, but none of the wires were the same color as the original harness, so I had no way of telling positive from negative, so I ordered them to take the guesswork out of the equation. These adapters snapped into place immediately. It was a very inexpensive way to ensure correct polarity when connecting speakers. These adapters also allow me to put the factory speakers back in the truck (and keep better speakers for the new truck) when I'm ready to sell it. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to install a speaker properly rather than cutting through a factory wiring harness and guessing at polarity. In my opinion, the super cheap price makes them an easy purchase.
