Hello everyone, I ordered a pack of 20 garment bags which arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I must confess that I had to write to the seller to ask if these cases are acid free. Acid is the enemy of tissue. For this reason, wedding dresses are stored in acid-free crates/crates. and fine table linen. I always keep my table linen folded without creases in acid-free tissue paper. My dear husband had just passed away and we were in the process of building a beautiful townhouse for our retirement years so we could travel. Going there alone now, yes, it's very heartbreaking. So I pack my things and bring the clothes in the car. but I don't want to get my clothes dirty, etc. they must not be used for a long time, grief makes you unable to move. Searching the internet for acid-free products was labor intensive. I'm so glad I found this article on Revain as I'm a key contributor. The packaging is CLEAR, they are not labeled even though the packaging says the manufacturer's name, so don't let that put you off. Also, like all Pollys, they smell pretty bad when opened. I opened them up and put a hanger in each pocket and then hung them up (on the door ledge throughout the house) to give them room to "breathe". The smell went away in a few hours but I leave them on all day to make sure the smell is completely gone. I have also ordered shoulder pads which I am sure will arrive tomorrow. I will also leave a review on it. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the seller's customer service and the product itself.
