and never seen anything better. Folding a few pieces of toilet paper

I've been using this makeup remover for 15 years and haven't found anything better. I roll up a few pieces of toilet paper, dampen some of it, place it over my eye and hold it there for about 10 seconds and all of my waterproof makeup (including mascara) washes off instantly without rubbing or shaking. It's oily, but I immediately cleanse it twice so as not to stain my face.
