First, I really really like this top. I like the fit, I like the color, I like the bit of stretch in the fabric. I love the ruffles. The problem for me is that the sleeves are cap and not short. If there was a short sleeve amount of material under the ruffles it would be perfect. I am returning because of this, I simply would not be comfortable wearing it as is. Great pity because I think it is adorable.
