I was going to buy back cosmetics and I would like to buy a NYX brand eyebrow pencil and I saw this and said let me try, never had this for highlighting. But I like the blush color. As for the outline, I think it is. Tried contour and highlight. I thought I looked like a transvestite. LOL I've gained a lot more weight on my face now. You don't have to try to contour it. I'll probably use brown as a light blush. I'll probably give it to my daughter, she has a pretty face and likes those contouring things, I could see where it would work on her.
