We use these at our winery and love them. I was frustrated that people were writing all the menus we had before so we kept looking at our menus which were printed on very good paper although I had printed other menus on plain paper for them to take notes and could learn from themselves. Think of a restaurant menu and a take away menu. It really gets them thinking and they don't mark them at all. They also placed their wine glasses on the menu design for the next helping, often spilling water on them regularly. They don't now. They were worth every penny and I will be buying more soon. If only I could get women to forgo perfume and lipstick during wine tasting.
