I use them as fill lights with small flash softboxes attached. Attach one to the Manfrotto flex arm and the other to the 11" swing arm. I've used LED floodlights, but since I use CFLs in my ceiling softboxes I'm tired of the purple tint when mixing LEDs. With 5000K temperature of CFLs and trying to fix in PS Now I use the same temps everywhere FOLLOW UP Just received my second order for 4 of these heads Love these things One suggestion I would rather have a small softbox like a Softbox flash designed for them The regular softbox flashes I use now don't fit perfectly, but they make these lights even more useful.
