Review on πŸ–¨οΈ Removable Printing Function 220X220X250mm by Voxelab by Ryan Sandell

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I have about enough.

Update #4: Hooray, that's it. This printer is enough for me. What started as a 5-star printer has gradually evolved into a 1-star printer. I can't get anything useful out of this printer which makes it unusable. I'll spare you the details, the amount of filament, and the money I lost trying to get this printer to work. Just get Ender 3. Update #3: still 4 stars. But after many frustratingly ugly prints, I seem to have finally figured it out. DO NOT use the CURA profile provided by the manufacturer. This will give you a headache and waste thread, money and time. Use the Creality Ender 3 printer profile instead. It's a clone, so why wouldn't it work? After changing the printer settings, my printouts finally look presentable. Fingers crossed they stay that way and stay that way. Update #2: 1 week Update now 4 stars After 1 week of continuous printing I had some crashes. I have trouble staying in bed. The bed doesn't hold up as well as the Ender 3. It's weaker. Most recent failure was the 10 hour print which shifted completely towards the end. Very frustrating, really. I successfully print the same part every time with my Ender 3. One star deducted. Let's see how it develops. Initial 5 Star Rating: I am really impressed and happy with this purchase. I have 2 Ender 3 V2 and a Qidi XPlus for my small 3D printing business. I originally bought the AnyCubic Mega S but couldn't get any usable prints from it so it was returned. I chose Aquila based on the reviews that it's an Ender 3 clone that's also $100 cheaper! i am cheap My experience with Ender 3 paid off. Aside from some minor cosmetic changes, such as B. the missing bottom compartment like the V2, it's EXACTLY the same as the Ender 3. Initial assembly and setup is pretty easy if you follow the instructions. But for those who are brand new, I would advise you to watch YouTube videos. There are slight alignment issues with some milling work and I was not able to perfectly align the bottom legs. But overall it's reliable. The LCD has a very nice design and the menu navigation works smoothly. Setting up Aquila with CURA was easy. The settings profile is located on the supplied micro SD card. Inside the card you will also find a pointed clip for printing. This is PERFECT for me because I needed the 3D printer to fit on a shelf with my other printers, but the spool on top didn't let it fit. So thanks for including this! Once the printer cooled down, using the paper alignment technique worked like a charm. The bed was perfectly flat. When I made my first print with PLA+, the first layer stuck straight away and I made finer adjustments from there. I haven't had any warping or adhesion issues. Perfect. The print quality is on par with Ender 3. Still, it's a clone. 5 Stars. I replaced the Teflon hose with Capricorn and replaced the balance springs with harder ones. I'm also planning to replace the acrylic extruder with an all-metal one. Any update to Ender 3 will also work on Aquila. These include 3D printed upgrades that you can find online. There is no extruder pen included, so you need to print it out. I am very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it.
