Have a 3 head razor (see other reviews for a different razor?) So I actually have the one this listing is for, 3 heads, extra piece, blue LCD -Screen and cleaning brush. So I tried it several times, and every time, even after charging, it didn't work well at all. Not close enough, skips blemishes with ease and sounds like the motor is slowing down even with fine hair that needs trimming. Have you ever used a lawn mower on a dense grassy area? That's how it looks, and that's not all. Not a fan. Update: A support rep contacted me and apologized for not meeting expectations. They gave me a full refund and told me to keep the razor. Updated rating to 3 stars instead of 1.
