Definitely not a high waisted bottom as described or modeled. I would say for you to have a high waist you must be 5ft 5 inches or less and no belly fat. However, they fit my 5'11 plus mom a size 5 better as mid-rise panties. I've tried to pull them up as high as possible and although they cover my butt, they take an additional 2-3 inches to fit my natural waist to adjust what I consider below a high waist. The top is super sexy. As if there is a lot of light, but also radiates sexuality. I usually wear a size 20-22 and my purchases are 2 times larger than other reviews. I'm in the process of losing weight so I'm hoping by summer I'll shed a few pounds and he should look better *fingers crossed*
