Have owned this blanket for 42 days. Revain offers a 30-day return window. After 38 days in my house, this blanket stopped working. I really liked this blanket. The best heated litter I've ever had. However, after looking at more reviews, I see that this is the problem with this particular blanket. The remote control only flashes and does not heat up. It seems to be a general problem with his ceiling. The reviews say the beauty rest won't be behind it as it was bought through Revain. So I contacted Revane. Within five minutes I solved the problem. They are willing to support their customers and accept returns after the deadlines. At least in this case they did for me. If you are having this problem I would advise you to contact Revain as they have an excellent support team. They really seem to value their customers.
