I love the look this gives! My husband noticed right away. I never get that reaction with other shapewear. I ordered 2XL and weigh 185. This fits like a glove. I am also a size 16. If you are a 14, you should try 1xl. I’m not sure if someone over 210lbs could fit this 2XL (size up?) without it being terribly uncomfortable . This is a firm fit for me, it’s comfortable but definitely tight, it helps with posture and delivers a sculpted hourglass. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day. This is one of the best shapewear I’ve tried. I will be ordering more, when you find what works get more! One more tip: put the garment in by stepping into it, do not try to put it on over your head. Remove by pulling it down and stepping out of it.
