Review on 🚗 Car Trunk Cargo or Interior Illumination: iJDMTOY LED Strip Light - 18-SMD-5050, Xenon White by Manuel Gfx

Equipped with a 1982 Mercedes Benz 300D. The light is much brighter than the original Torpedo bulb and is a "bright white" color instead of the "warm yellow" of the original bulb. Installation was easy with two exceptions. First, the cable from the torpedo lamp adapter to the LED strip itself is very short, maybe around 4 - 6 inches. Another problem is that the LED is mounted on a rigid base. Therefore, you must find a location where the fixture can be mounted completely flat and within 6 inches of the original bulb socket. That wasn't possible with my car. This wasn't a problem for me because I unsoldered the wire from the LED strip, plugged in a longer wire, soldered the wires back to the LED strip, and then installed it where I wanted. It may not be for everyone's abilities. It would be nice if they made 12" or 18" wire as you could always cut the extra wire. Overall, this has greatly improved visibility in my trunk. The price was also reasonable for such a useful upgrade.
