Review on Herschel Classic Fitted Mask Woodland by Ruben Saunders

I like the feel of the mask and it breathes very well. But the controls behind the ear keep falling off and are very annoying to put back on. I lost two regulators out of the four masks I bought. I recently contacted the company's customer service to ask them to send me two more installers. The cost is probably $0.03 or less and the postage is no more than a regular stamp and they emailed back a rejection. They say they have no parts. I was very disappointed because I don't think $16 matters. I won't buy any other. They should fix this design flaw by making the ends a bit wider. Five packs of Crayola masks for my kids cost the same as one of these and had the best design feature for the adjusters.
