Review on 🪑 Kid's Chair Dolce TERRAZZO Lenox by BIG JOE Milano by Mark Adams

We bought this beanbag less than half a year ago for our reading corner for our 6 and 8 year olds. They were excited. We really liked it - big, soft, comfortable to sit on. Then about a month after we bought it, the stitching broke and the styrofoam balls entered our house. No big deal, right? Maybe we got lemon because there are so many rave reviews. Contacted the seller and they were less than ready and willing to make it right. We were finally able to exchange our broken chair for a new one and were happy. Four months later, the seam on the bag burst again. This chair is not played roughly. My two children together weigh less than the bag itself - they are tiny people. Not wanting to deal with the seller again, we tried patching with tape, but of course that doesn't work with this type of chair or fabric. So it sat unused for weeks, licking tiny styrofoam balls of nightmares every time you looked at it. We are very disappointed. It wasn't the cheap fake we found on the corner. We expected better quality. We are now contacting the seller again with little hope of a solution. I expect our beanbag will end up in a dumpster in the near future. Edit to add: The seller returned our purchase after the replacement bag broke as well. This is greatly appreciated.
