I've had it for a little less than a month and I have to say it's my first real monitor and I'm very happy with it. the bit depth is 8 and the color gamut is pretty good, I haven't noticed any dead pixels either. The free sync had no issues and improved my fps a lot. but the viewing angle is a bit strange. Also, when I tilt the monitor, it would help if it gently returns to its original position when rotated. I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like going crazy trying to get the monitor set up perfectly and not tilting it slightly. It's not a big deal, although I use this for my laptop there is no problem at 144hz, but for gaming it depends on how many frames per second your computer can display. but yes if you get this for your first monitor you will be very happy!
