Review on 🔧 JACS Samsung Dryer Repair Kit - DC93-00634a Idler Pulley with Belt & 6602-001655 Replacement Part for Samsung DC97-07509b - AP4373659 AP6038887 Compatible by Jon Larjin

Been waiting for this part. After removing the old idler pulley, which appears to have a bushing, this replacement appears to have bearings. I want to enter through the back of my less than 3 year old Samsung POS dryer but what used to be an access panel is now a cut out in the sheet metal. Dryer air outlet for rear access only. So I had to dismantle the whole dryer, which is a long part of the story. Installing the pulley was quick and I used the bolt that came with the kit. Be sure to note the orientation of the spring before removing the defective pulley. When I got it I decided to keep the belt I had, couldn't tell if the replacement was any better than the OEM belt. Looks like the OEM has deep rubber grooves. Where the grooves were flat when replacing the belt. But anyway I have a new belt in case the current goes bad. This is one of those items that requires you to have it repaired immediately which is why I paid for next day shipping. The screeching seems to have stopped now. Spins freely, unlike the old pulley. Not 5 stars because I don't know how long it will last.
