Soft fabric, beautiful appearance. The reason I gave it a 4 is because the first time it was washed and dried a thread pulled out of the skirt causing the area to bunch up. I cut the thread and shaped the skirt and everything has been fine ever since. I would love my 7 year old to wear them to Thanksgiving dinner with our family and also to school on sports days because you can dress them up or down and they are comfortable. Planning to buy another pair.
