I really like this product. I'm an endurance runner, so sometimes I do training runs for two hours at a time. I rarely drink during runs under an hour, but it's nice to carry some liquid on longer runs. The problem is that these running bum bags carry large bottles and hang around your waist as you run. This belt allows you to wear two pretty little water bottles that are firmly attached to your waist and not dangling at all. I sometimes train for hikes/runs when I'm away for three to four hours, and that's a combination of walking, hiking, and the occasional break. On these trips I take a Clif bar or some fruit and there is enough space in the front bin for those in the front bin, as well as a cell phone if you feel the need to take it with you (I often only do this to listen to music) . This is a very strong belt that attaches at the waist with velcro and seems to fit a variety of waist sizes. It also has reflective strips for safety, but I rarely run long distances after dark. All in all a great product that fills a niche for long distance runners or short hikes when a little hydration, food and a phone are all you need.
