Problem #1 Everything zips up with a very long zipper instead of pulling out the support panel and folding it up for storage. #2 As it is unzipped to save it has absolutely no support and the operation keeps crashing on the dog. 3# There is no zipper in any of the add ons so you can't zip the thing up to add closed support at both ends if your dog like mine just wants to sleep in it. Overall I think this would work well as a holdall although the short handle barely closes at the top and there really isn't room for your hand to carry but as room for your dog. go lie save your money
