I like that you can search by different criteria such as job title or specific industries to narrow down your results more quickly than other sites. There isn't much variety in terms of content; it's mainly just resumes, which makes searching difficult. The website could be improved quite a bit if they were to add some kind of unique features. Try out their free trial account first before purchasing a premium membership! It was great being able to filter my searches with so many options available. This allowed me to find positions quickly without having to scroll through pages upon pages.
