I like that they are very thorough with interviews as we have had multiple people interview for this position which has been good about showing us how to improve our skills/workflow etc before hire day! It's not always easy when interviewing different types of talent but it was really nice working through them all (and having 3 or 4 options) until finally finding someone who fit best into job role requirements - just be prepared because sometimes there can seem too many choices depending what you're looking at!! Make sure its something thats important otherwise don't spend an hour doing research if nothing stands out from your other work experience / CV then move onto another one instead!
