I paid over $500 for this laptop and while I knew it wasn't a 'famous brand' I hoped it would work. I mean, for $500 I expect better performance than a Chromebook. But unfortunately we received it on Monday and on Thursday (same week) it was packed and sent back. I bought this for my 12 year old so he can do schoolwork and play games like minecraft. Once the child opened the package, they pocketed it, opened it, and began exploring. No worries in the world. After a few hours he slowed down and then the blue screen of death appeared. *The first day! Luckily I bought a protection plan too! I called them and they said turn it off, restart and try again. Did that and it seems to have worked. On Tuesday morning, after being plugged in all night, the same scenario happened. The guy went to school *note we bought him for the game features* but got another blue screen of death. Called defense again and this rep said the computer came to us COMPLETELY OUT OF DATE! So we talked on the phone for about 45 minutes while the guy with the protection plan installed ALL THE UPDATES and at the end of the 45 minutes he told us "just go ahead and when the rest of the updates are done you should be done." After one For another half hour it seemed like they had fallen. The child tried to play Minecraft as it was now "after school" but more blue screens of death followed. The child tried to go to school on Wednesday, but he had at least 3 more blue screen deaths and by that point we had enough.Called the defense again and at that point they said just send it back.I liked the size of the laptop and the potential(?) it has We only had one fool.
