I tried several other products to get headphones that would work with the 4th gen iPad Air but they didn't work. They do and they work great. Thanks for pointing out in your description that it works with this ipad because most don't work so you just filmed in the dark to see if it worked. I know most people want to go wireless instead, but some of us are old school and don't want to fool around trying to keep them charged.
