It's so warm and so soft that I originally bought it for my mum but ended up ordering a second one. we both love it I keep mine in the office as many of our conference rooms are cold. It's more than a large scarf and smaller than a poncho or other type of shawl, and it looks really sophisticated compared to other professional warmth options. The "light brown" color I ordered is actually a medium chestnut. slightly lighter than the Revain image on my computer. It goes well with many of my work outfits, making it look like a part of my everyday outfit. It's also handy when you're wearing office attire that may have fewer pockets because it needs to have pockets for your cell phone, business cards, pens, etc. close at hand.
