I bought this strap to attach fabric shopping bags to the shopping cart handle when I go shopping. I'm tired of constantly having to move them out of the way or "in the way" while I'm shopping. I usually have 8 to 12 bags (all in one big) and it can be a little bulky. So with this quick release buckle, I just thread it through the bag's two straps that hold the bag in place. the rest of the bags and thread it through the wire holes in the shopping cart, then snap the strap together and the bags hang behind the shopping cart just below the push handle. Now they are no longer in the way, but are easily accessible when needed. Can be customized and positioned to your liking depending on the type/style of the car.
