The most helpful aspect of this program is its ability to keep track of all my data in one place. I can be more efficient with my time by having everything available at once! I dislike that it takes so long to pull up my information when I need it, sometimes days or weeks after I've recorded it. This has been a great tool to use when starting an exercise routine. It helps me see where I'm lacking and what areas need improvement. When recording my info, I have to click through pages and pages of options before I find what I want to record which gets old fast! The most helpful part about this program is that I can now see patterns and trends in my fitness history. I know what exercises are working well for me and which ones I should avoid.
