I bought this mouse in October and it worked pretty well for a while. In the last week or so, however, it seems to have passed out. I thought maybe it was just a connection issue so I changed the USB ports. That didn't fix the problem so I figured it might just be software (maybe an update or something) on my work computer, so I tried it on my PC and ran into the same issue. I was certain that the batteries I had recently put in the mouse were about to die - maybe they were defective or something, so I changed the batteries. Again, there were no improvements in terms of connectivity. I've also tried the 'connect' button on the mouse and tried turning it off and on again, restarting the computer and telling my computer to 'forget' the mouse so it can use the can reinstall drivers. none of them solved the problem. When it works, it works well. Unfortunately, the one I received doesn't seem to be durable or reliable. Based on other reviews, the mouse is pretty reliable and works well. So I'm assuming I just received one with a manufacturing defect. However, given the amount of work I do on the computer, I think I'd probably be better off using Logitech or another more well-known product.
