Media could not be loaded. I received the product so beautiful and very colorful. I ordered bowls of different sizes, plates, salad plates and dessert plates. However, one of the saucers had very bad scratches and Amazon gave me a $5 credit. Just to avoid being sent back and sent to a pickup point which is why I gladly took it. A few hours after speaking to the representative Sid who was such a very nice gentleman with great customer service. I reheated the rice on the plate for 1 minute and I heard it crack, I hoped I was wrong, sure the plate was cracked and I was very disappointed. I have read reviews from people with the same situation as me but although it must have been a bad product that the buyer received, of course they would not make a product that does not live up to what their product promises from amazon. I was so wrong I WILL REFUND ALL ORDERS I made as part of this campaign. I am very very disappointed. Now I have everything to put it back in the boxes and then ship it to Amazon's preferred location like I have all the time in the world. I can't keep everything. They are not what I expected in terms of durability.
