Thinner than expected

This is comfortable and appears to offer some lumbar support. I am disappointed with how thin the pillow is overall. I've been looking for something to help my mom sit more comfortably in a chair (she recently fractured her spine and needs something to support her back as she can't wear a brace) but it really doesn't help. I'm sure this works well if you just need a little support for your office chair or car seat, but if you're hoping for more you'll be disappointed.
