I've missed this all my life! I will never shave again. I've only used it twice, still use the starter cap but it only hurts a little in certain spots. In many places you won't even feel it. And it took almost a week for the hair to grow back and I've read that it grows even slower over time. No risk of razor cuts. I just love it. Super happy. TO UPDATE! The battery stopped working after less than a year. I called Brown because it has a warranty. They emailed me with a proof of warranty, shipping instructions and a label. I packed it carefully and shipped it to UPS as instructed. A month later I replied to the letter sent to me confirming the warranty work as I hadn't heard anything and there was no razor. I got the answer that they no longer work for Braun and sent them to another company without telling me. Now, 50 emails later, my razor is apparently gone.
