Had high hopes for this product to reduce pain and improve blood circulation to minimize Fibromyalgia. Maybe it's me because 12 other people seem to rate this product highly. But I had serious problems even syncing it with my phone and after syncing it kept losing signal. In addition, even control by telephone seemed superfluous, since the EMS pads are connected to the batteries via a cable. And it seems like you can have control right on the batteries and eliminate the whole step of the process (managing the batteries through the phone and the untrusted connection). I had high hopes as the product looked very compact and the price seems quite high. So unfortunately I was disappointed.
