I like my drawing tablet but I have issues with Android

There are two issues I would like to point out with this product. Firstly I chose this one because of the cheap Android compatible drawing tablets, this one did not indicate anywhere in the product description or photos that it has a reduced workspace when connected to an Android device like most of them . It turns out this is not the case. The user guide says you get less than HALF the drawing range when connected to Android. This must be clearly stated in the description. You should update it immediately. SECOND. I couldn't even figure out how it works on Android because EVERY device I had could use it. I wish my grandson could use this with his Lenovo 10 inch tablet but he doesn't even recognize it. OTG works fine on other devices. My LG G6 recognizes it as a mouse but nothing works. I followed the instructions in the guide to force Android mode and still NOTHING! Tried three other devices. EVERYTHING DOESN'T WORK! NOW IT'S GOOD. THE FIRST. This thing works great on Windows. I'm shocked because Windows can't do much, but it was great. There are several forums full of people saying they had driver issues and pressure sensitivity issues with this Windows tablet. I don't have any problems with this on Windows. Tried several free drawing apps on my grandson's laptop and after installing the driver everything worked great. Even pressure sensitivity and programmable buttons work with these humble drawing apps for kids and teens. SECOND. IT WORKS ON LINUX! It's also not officially supported by the IDK if you have the same experience, but I found that there is a community that has developed their own Linux drivers that work with this and many other Huion graphics tablets. It wasn't an easy process to get started (but sometimes it's Linux), but once I was done I was able to run Krita on my laptop and it worked great! (Minus the buttons on the left, but not a huge loss.) Even though it doesn't work on Android (unless someone can tell me where I'm going wrong), I'm still happy with this product and very impressed with it what I bought for $40.
