I like that they know how important it is to take care of customer service when you receive an invoice or project details from bildigrafikt! They send me reminders whenever there's something due regarding my account in order not lose any money by having unpaid invoices at one point during this year (I live abroad). The only thing was that sometimes their notifications weren't as detailed about what exactly happened since we're using Google Calendar instead of Exchange Server calendar so some times were missed but nothing terrible because everything worked out fine afterwards anyway :).
