Review on 👜 Jackery Carrying Case Bag for Explorer 500 Portable Power Station - Black: Convenient Storage and Protection (E500Not Included) by Johnny Wheat

I bought one of these for my 500 and the other for 1000. The one I got for 1000 had a broken zipper right away. Slightly disappointed in the quality of this item. In fact, this is a soft-walled cooler with very little padding and not very durable material. However, it's good to have a compartment at the top for stowing charging cables. I bought direct from Jackery so I contacted them via email. After explaining the problem, I was asked to send a photo of the defect, which I did. A few days later I received a response that the item would be replaced. A few days later, I received the prepaid FEDEX tag via email, packed and shipped the suitcase to our local terminal, and informed Jackery. There is no information about a replacement yet. I wish I could walk through Revane.
