All my life I've struggled with some types of acne as a teenager, it was on my face but as I got older I got really painful cystic acne on my back, chest/neck. Went to a dermatologist and they started prescribing antibiotics/specialty soaps/meds. Needless to say I didn't want to spend that much and figured I'd just sort it out. I loved it so much that I ordered the full wash/scrub/lotion set as listed here and of course another bottle of shower gel. as with this material, it foams well, has no offensive odor. When I'm in the shower, I lather it up and leave it on for 15-20 seconds before rinsing it off.
