SUMMARY: This item works as expected, but there are some design flaws and sluggish response that make it useable but not amazing. BACKGROUND: I am using this keyboard and mouse with a mini PC connected to my TV. I just want to use my windows computer with my tv to surf the internet. WHAT I LIKE: - Everything works, just a small product flaw (see below) - Although I didn't really like the number pad, this item came with one that's fine - Slim full-size mouse, feels good in my hand - Uses alkaline batteries instead of rechargeable ones so I don't have to worry about recharging the batteries. WHAT COULD BE BETTER: - I can't remove the battery cover from the keyboard without prying it open with a screwdriver (it doesn't slide off the keyboard when pressed) - The power LED on the keyboard doesn't work, but I wish , it would be like this - the power button is located on the bottom of the keyboard, which is inconvenient. Just place the power button on top of the keyboard so I don't have to flip it every time! WHAT I DON'T LIKE:- Both the mouse and keyboard are very sluggish on my mini PC. It might have something to do with my mini pc (a new mini pc running windows 10 pro and a quad core celeron processor running at 1.5ghz). This may also have something to do with the decor of my home, so I'm hesitant to shoot stars just because I have an issue that may or may not be related to this product. However, if other reviewers say the item is sluggish, then it may be the product. CONCLUSION: I needed a 2.4 GHz wireless keyboard and mouse combo and this is it. It works. It could have been designed a little better. On the rare occasions that I use my mini PC, this is "good enough".
