I ordered this product for my Samsung s10+ and couldn't get the fingerprint to work. I received an email from the seller with helpful installation instructions. After I mentioned my problem via email, the manager immediately sent me a new case. Although I had to replace part of the screen, I got a completely new case. The product is strong and of very good quality. I did a little research on the fingerprint issue, it seems a lot of people face the same issue when using a screen protector.
