The loose clasp caused the necklace to fall apart.
My daughter loved this necklace from her grandmother. She received it at her prom on May 31st. Unfortunately, the clasp was very weak and didn't close tightly. Before I could try to fix it, it fell off and was lost. I'm considering an exchange but I'm afraid there might be the same problem.
