For this money you can remove and correct the fillers. I thought it was a plus, however.

Not suitable for my osteoporosis. I liked that it can be adjusted by removing the filler although it was left on the opposite side. (above) What was good on the front of the pillow was too high on the back. The result is a negative on the upper neck and head. It's about the right balance, which I couldn't achieve. I've tried, but it's never balanced. causes neck pain. Ideal for watching TV, reading and sitting upright. Although I found a great side sleeper. I will save this for any necessary sleep techniques!
