I bought a bouncy cushion for my daughter. Both joysticks stopped working and I didn't want to pay a lot of money for them knowing I could get a 9 pack and we could use them for different things in our family. Where the string attaches to the pin we used the hole and inserted the pad string and they work great. The stylus doesn't fit in the jump pad hole like the original, but it's kid-friendly for a fraction of the cost. The pen is made of plastic with a rubber tip. I didn't think about the fact that they are plastic and when I saw them I was worried they would break quickly but we just got back from a 1300 mile trip and they are fine and great for kids .
