I am a photographer and bought this for my annual charity donation which is photographing a father and daughter dancing for our sports club. I bought a 10ft x 20ft drop. It's a good idea to get one much longer than you'd expect, since you'll want it to "stack" on the backdrop stand. Can't comment on the transparent part of the comments, I just set it up with black seamless paper behind to avoid problems from the start as I was at the gym. It was a hit with all the little kids. The sequins fall off, but that's to be expected :)
